I like the new look of the site! I look forward to hearing from the staff and Pro staff about new developments, products, and tips.

I have been a firm believer in Quantum reels and have been using them for over 10 years! My hope is that some day you'll consider a partnership/sponsorship with USA Bassin National Team Tournament Trail. Where you can expose a lot of weekend anglers to your awesome products!

I ,also in agreement with thegreat new look and developments within the Quantum Site.The awesome Reels always are a mainstay in my arsenal and the PT Tuned Rods are underated because we as anglers know that Zebco/Quantum has been a magical part of the Anglers lives for decades.
   The start of the innovative PT Tuned Tour Edition Baitcasters,Accurist and PTIA's spinning reels did not change until recently because these "Top of the Line" reels and rods did not need nor call for change.Quantum was and continues to be a "driving force" in moving pieces of machinery which create winches and rods of nothing less than Tournament winning Tools of the Sport of Angling,both in and on Fresh & Saltwater fisherys!
   The conception of the new Energy and accurist first tested by Bill Dance and Shaw Grigsby on the Saltwaters beneath oil derick platforms in 2005 were simply amazing experiences where I witnessed reels which held up to catching and battleing Tarpon,Tuna and many of the toughest fighting fish on the planet.
   When Shaw's excitment shreeked beneath the platforms while the smooth and efficient drag systems created by the" new and innovative" ceramic washers and hardened steel bearings which were the first to be lubricated with synthetic lubrication in "Hot Sauce" & Hot Grease"... for freshwater baitcasters, attacking the Saltwater eliments and species. I knew then that Quantum was still the first and fore most in Reel design and manufacturing.
   The years went by and Quantum had almost 80% of the B.A.S.S.Elite Series Anglers using their reels and rods every day for practice which led them into the weekend tournaments where winning was the mission on hand for all!Thats right,KVD,Gary Klien,Dean Rojas,and Greg Hackney just to mention a few,these "Powerhouses of the Tournament Scene" made more than a scene as they captivated all of us watching the coverage as they continued  win after win large amounts of money with limits of largeLlargemouth & Smallmouth Bass.
   These Factory tested and field tested wonders evidently needed little to no upgrades throughout the next few years as I witnessed the greats such as Greg Hackney actually wearing the paint and extra durable and tough coating off the energy PT reels in which he used on a daily and yearly basis.
   The next offering to the serious anglers came in the way of the Saltwater Cabo series and the newer PT Tournament Baitcasters which included the first 7.1:1 "High Speed" Baitcaster called the" Burner",The first of the industrys kind.I had to get them and that I did.Along with the Burner,EnergyPT's,The PTiA's spinning reels came along the Biggest Bass I have not only ever caught,however,the largest southern new Jersey anglers have seen in decades! I also caught a rare Tiger Muskie on the Tougher 6.3:1 Gear ratio Energy and PT Tuned Reels and rods I had aquired.The thirty inch(36),fifteen(151/2Lb.) freshwater beast was a one of a kind for the region at the time and only a few have been caught since in the area surrounding this particular fishery.
   I firmly believe and stand by My opinions that in cases like these catches,it's the gear that helps the angler in becoming more accomplished.I,as an observer,writer and reviewer witnessed the transitions and evolution of th reel designs growing in "leaps and bounds",however,Quantums Standards and advancements stood the test of time as little to no changes were made in their already Fishing Reels of Perfection...until now...waiting as others duplicated and tiredly tried too emulate the Quantum's level of fising and fishing gear manufacturing.l
   The 2009/2010 Quantum offerings of the TE100HPT 7.0:1 Burner with it's nifty Carbon fiber -lightweight handle and red and black details in flares and design combined with the KVD stamp of approval...other related items include the 6.3:0 powerhouse winch of a baitcaster along with attributes such as 6.3:1 series models as well.The spinning reels are the TE10PTi-B 5.3:1 gear ratio and more models in the series crafted to be tougher than ever and no artificial inner disposable parts that will wear down and grind like most in the marketplace of today and beyond!The "SuperLight QTC 634F" is just one of the "Top rated Rod models included in this years series along with individual signature series such as the Dean Rojas,Gerald Swindle,Gary Klein,Shaw Grigsby,Kevin Van Dam,Randy Howell,Mike Wurm,Paul Elias,Greg Hackney and Todd Huckabee rods built and designed for certain applications and lure throwing like crankbait fishing rods designed by KVD too the Frog Rod...speacialist Dean Rojas enjoys...and now all of us anglers have the same choice as the availability of these newest and meanest reels,both baitcasting and spinning can be found at most sporting goods and Big-Box Fishing Adventure Stores where Hard to find tournament gear can be located and purchased!
   The Cabo is the Top of the line along with the Saltwater resistant coated accurist and Burner for those anglers who hunt down those "Tropical Species" of the Saltwater world!

Thanks Quantum for allowing me to continue to grow ahead of the curve and as I still become a better angler...I am always fishing at the Quantum Level ya'll have set Forth!
